Image result for How to Stop SmokingSmoking is a bad habit. Nowadays almost 70% people of the world is addicted to smoking, Which can cause them many diseases like Lung infection, Chronic bronchitis, Asthma, and the most dangerous disease Cancer. 

Some research says that smoking causes 84% of deaths from lung cancer and 83% of COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)

If you want to stop smoking and want to live a happy healthy life then here are some tips that can help you to stop smoking.

  • Exercise: Exercise is a great way to improve your core and your mental strengths. You should do some exercise to improve your body parts.
  •  Walk for a while: If you are committed to stopping smoking you should get out of the house and walk for a while. When you go outside of your house you will feel the fresh air and it will also refresh your mind.

  • Always Chew Gum or Hard Candy: Chewing gums or Hard candy can keep your mouth busy for a while. When you crave for smoking a Cigarettes take a pack of chewing gum and make your mouth busy.


  • Avoid Smoking Triggers: When you are committed to stopping smoking to make sure you also maintain a distance from smoker and other smoking stuff. 

  • Stay Positive: Quitting smoking is difficult but it's not impossible. You should keep motivate yourself and make a proper plan. Try not to keep quitting smoking forever. Pay attention to today and the time will add up. It helps you to stay positive. 


Those tips can help you to stop smoking. Life is big so stop wasting your time on smoking. Live a healthy life and you will feel better every day.
